Trade Terms and Conditions

All trade orders are accepted under the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with Great Gizmos you accept to be bound by these unless agreed in writing otherwise.

1. All prices shown exclude VAT.
   1. UK orders. VAT will be added to all invoices at the rate ruling at the date of despatch.
   2. Southern Ireland orders. VAT will be added to all invoices except where a valid EC VAT number is quoted prior to despatch.
2. Minimum order £250.00.
4. Carriage Charges:
   1. For goods despatched to addresses on the UK mainland or Northern Ireland; orders under £250.00 – carriage charge £11.00 plus VAT, orders over £250.00 – carriage paid.
   2. For goods despatched to third party addresses on the UK mainland (direct delivery orders), a £11.00 (per item) carriage charge will apply to all orders.
   3. For goods despatched to Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands; orders under £250.00 - carriage charge £16 (plus VAT where applicable), orders over £250.00 - carriage paid.
   4. Orders for delivery off the UK mainland, other than those listed above – carriage charged at cost.
5. All products sold in pre-packaged quantities only.
6. Free of charge demonstration products / stands supplied only when ordered at the same time as qualifying items and subject to availability at the time of despatch. Free display stands are provided on the condition that they remain the property of Great Gizmos Limited and are at the risk of the customer, fair wear and tear excepted.
7. New customers will be supplied on a pro-forma basis only until a credit account is opened, goods will be despatched once cleared funds have been received.
8. A 30 day credit account may be opened upon receipt of a completed application form, satisfactory references and signed copy of these terms and conditions confirming agreement to these terms.
9. No orders will be supplied to overdue accounts.
10. Shortage claims must be made in writing within five days of receipt. Please retain all order information.
11. Unauthorised claims will not be accepted.
12. Returns will only be accepted with prior agreement.
13. Refused deliveries and returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No cash refunds. Merchandise credit only.
14. Great Gizmos Ltd reserve the right to charge interest at 5% over the Barclays Bank base rate on overdue accounts.
15. Great Gizmos Ltd reserve the right to charge to the customer all expenses incurred in chasing overdue accounts.
16. The risk in the goods shall pass from Great Gizmos Ltd to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer. However, notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, title and property in the goods, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the customer until Great Gizmos Ltd has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for all goods delivered to the customer under this and all other contracts between Great Gizmos Ltd and the customer for which payment of the full price of the goods thereunder has not been paid. Payment of the full price of the goods shall include the amount of any interest or other sum payable under the terms of this and all other contracts between Great Gizmos Ltd and the customer under which the goods were delivered.
17. Prices are subject to change without notice.
18. Back orders over £50.00 will be supplied unless otherwise advised. Back orders under £50.00 in value will be automatically cancelled.
19. The customer undertakes that it shall not use third party websites or platforms to advertise, sell or distribute the goods.
20. Images and material provided on products are solely for use in the customers’ catalogues and their own website but only where prior authorisation has been given. Any other use is a breach of these terms and conditions and is an infringement of intellectual property. Use of such images and materials on third party websites (such as eBay or Amazon marketplace) is specifically prohibited.
21. The customer acknowledges that consistent brand representation is important in consumer recognition and therefore agrees to abide by any request from Great Gizmos Ltd to alter advertising details, in particular the product names and descriptions.
22. Without prejudice to any other rights Great Gizmos Ltd may have, by signing these terms and conditions, the customer understands that Great Gizmos Limited reserves the right to cease to supply goods to customers who attempt to sell any products supplied by Great Gizmos Ltd on any third party websites.

Payment. For your security, payments are taken via Barclaycard or Paypal at the time of order and you will be taken to their relevant page for payment as part of the checkout process. No payment / credit card information is held on this website or by Great Gizmos Ltd. Please refer to their terms and conditions for further information.

Orders are accepted subject to availability. Should there be a problem with satisfying the delivery you will be informed at the earliest possible opportunity using the email address given, with the option of a full refund.

Prices listed on this website include VAT at the standard rate (currently 20%).

Delivery. At Great Gizmos we offer free delivery on all orders over £10. For orders under £10 we charge carriage of £2.95. Delivery is between 3-5 working days and will be made by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or equivalent. We are currently able to deliver products to all UK mainland addresses with a UK postal code. Other addresses within the UK may incur additional delivery fees. We are currently unable to despatch internationally. We endeavour to process, pick, and pack orders and send on the following working day of receipt of order. Please note that during busy periods this may take a little longer. For orders placed before 12 pm Monday – Friday, we also offer a next working day delivery service for just £4.95. To receive your order the following working day, please select the ‘Next Working Day Delivery’ option at checkout. We will not be held responsible should delivery be delayed beyond estimated timescales. Title and risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you on delivery, or at the time of the first attempted delivery, whichever is the earlier. Returns. Goods purchased from Great Gizmos must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange as long as the item is returned in its original packaging, with tags attached and in the condition in which it was sold. Returns must include the original documentation, showing purchaser, contact details and stating the reason for return. No responsibility will be held for returns not received, not in original condition, outside 14 days or without documentation. A full refund for the goods only (not carriage) will be made on satisfactory return. In the unlikely case of faulty items, please contact our customer services department (email: website@greatgizmos.co.uk) where we will discuss the best solution and to organise any returns or replacement goods. Please see our warranty section for further details. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any refunds will be processed as soon as possible but should be completed within 14 days. Returns of unwanted gifts should be made by the original purchaser. Any returns must be clearly marked “Returns Department”. When returning an item the condition and safe return of the goods will remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For this reason we recommend you use a signed for postal service or a postal service that insures you for the value of goods being returned.
