I cannot see pricing or add items to my cart....
You will need to be a trade customer and logged in, in order to see our trade prices and be able to order items. We are a supplier to the toy & gift trade and supply wholesale quantities to businesses in the UK and Ireland. We are unable to supply direct to the consumer.
My username and login does not work on this new website....
We updated our website to a new platform in November 2022. If you are using your login details from our previous website, then you will need to register for new login details - if you are already a customer of ours, this should be a quick process.
If you have had a trade account set up on the website since November 2022, then please contact us to resend the customer invite. Note you will have to activate the account using the link on the invitation email in order to set up your new password and gain full access to the website.
I have completed the account registration form but have not heard back....
Please note that customer authentication is a manual process carried out by our team. In most cases this will be handled as a matter of priority, within normal working hours only.
I am a retail customer - where can I find Great Gizmos products for sale?
Many online, high street stores or gift shops stock our products. If you search for our products in your search engine of choice, you should find some suitable retailers.
If you struggle, or prefer to support more local businesses, please contact us, stating your location and we should be able to let you know your local stockist(s).
